list his/her items for sale and for Buyers to buy.
- Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shoporium.com, EZ Time Softwaretm, LLC., and its officers and employees for any damage, ommisions, errors, or
problems encountered on this website or as a result of Seller's use of this website.
Sellers understand that web and computer problems may
occasionally occur. Shoporium.com does not guarantee that service provided by this website
will be uninterrupted.
- Registration with Shoporium.com automatically subscribes registrants to the Shoporium
mailing list and users understand and agree that they will receive occasional emailed newsletters and updates from Shoporium.com
- Seller certifies that he/she is the rightful owner of the items listed for sale,
and that he/she has the right to sell the items, and that it is lawful to sell these items.
- Seller will not deliberately misrepresent any item listed for sale
and accepts full responsibility for the entries and descriptions he/she makes on the listings.
- Seller is responsible for complying with all laws and government regulations which may
apply to their transactions, including but not limited to sales tax, tarriffs, interstate/international
transportation of items.
- If Shoporium.com deems any item as inappropriate, misrepresented, or substantially in error, Shoporium.com reserves the right
to remove the listing and if deemed necessary to remove a shop from the site.
